Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products that meet the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.
The item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Refundable Items

Customized or personalized products.
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as non-returnable.
Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo inspection by our quality team within 3-5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
A refund confirmation will be sent via email.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we will confirm availability before proceeding.
